Furniture is shipped from our factories and once it arrives at our distribution center, all furniture is subject to a rigorous inspection process. We unpack every carton before delivery to our customers. Once out of the box, all furniture undergoes a detailed inspection by trained furniture professionals to ensure your new furniture is in factory acceptable condition.
